凡於MaBelle門市或網店購買任何貨品*即可獲專業穿耳體驗一次，當中已包括手術鋼穿耳耳針一對及3個月護耳服務。如屬敏感皮膚，顧客可升級使用醫學用鈦金屬耳環(單隻或乙對)，需另付費用。

由於估價需要探用專業驗金儀器，進行驗金、磅金等程序以獲得準確的即時報價，故客人必需預約到店進行報價。

估價後可以選擇不回收嗎？＋

估價後您仍可決定是否進行交易，但因物件必須被剪開檢測成分，不論最後回收與否，破損物件不可復原。一但完成交易，回收金飾將安排銷毀，不設退還。

鑽石首飾中的鑽石也會一同被收購嗎？＋

收金增值服務乃金屬回收服務，鑲嵌寶石和鑽石不設回收，客人需自行安排寶石和鑽石拆除，否則報價時將扣除相關石重。

甚麼是現金消費額？＋

現金消費額可於MaBelle購物時當作現金使用，$1現金消費額等如$1現金；於MaBelle回收金飾後不選擇兌換現金，可獲比回收價值高10%的消費額，隨時彈性使用選購鑽飾，沒有時限。

From now until September 15, customers who book a 'Professional Ear Piercing Experience' through the MaBelle website can enjoy a one-time free service. This includes a pair of surgical steel piercing earrings (excluding titanium) and 6 after-care sessions within three months.

- Appointment must be scheduled on or before September 15, 2026.
- This service includes a pair of surgical steel piercing earrings (excluding titanium studs) and 6 after-care sessions within three months.
Apponintment for customer aged 6-12
Customers aged 6 to 12 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to receive our professional ear-piercing service. This service is subject to the relevant terms and conditions.

Terms and conditions
  1. Customers have to make appointment for MaBelle "Professional Ear Piercing Experience";. Customer will be contacted via SMS to verify the booking. Walk-in appointment will not be entertained.
  2. “MaBelle Free Ear Piercing Experience” includes a free ear piercing service (ear lobe or ear cartilage), one pair of designated medical-grade stainless steel earrings and a 3-month aftercare plan. Extra charge will be applied if medical-grade titanium earrings are chosen.
  3. “MaBelle Jewellery Show Professional Ear Piercing Experience” includes a free ear piercing service (ear lobe or cartilage) and a 3-month aftercare plan; Charge will be applied for medical-grade stainless steel earrings or medical-grade titanium earrings.
  4. Professional Ear Piercing Experience will only be offered to customers of age 6 or above. Ear lobe piercing service will only be offered to customers aged 6 or above and cartilage piercing service to customers aged 16 or above. Children aged 6-12 must be accompanied by their parents/guardians in person.
  5. Ear piercing might not be endurable to sensitive skin. If you suspect any possible reaction after ear-piercing, you are suggested to consult a doctor before taking the service.
  6. If there are any related charges, payment should be made at shop. After the ears are pierced (ear lobe or cartilage), no refunds on any related charges or exchange of the used earrings can be made.
  7. MaBelle reserves the right to provide any ear piercing or aftercare service, and to revise these terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of any disputes, the decision of MaBelle shall be final.
